Responsible

Analyze and identify the root causes of problems in the production process, propose appropriate solutions, and implement them effectively.
Control and manage plastic parts production to meet the production plan and comply with quality standards.
Design experiments to determine optimal machine settings for process improvement or problem-solving purposes.
Control and inspect trial molding adjustments from other departments, such as R&D and mold maintenance.
Coordinate with relevant departments and drive efficient execution to minimize losses and improve overall performance.

More qualification

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mold Design Engineering, or any related fields.
At least 2 years of work experience in mold maintenace, plastic injection and plastic product development.
Have knowledge in analyzing and troubleshooting in Injection Molding Machine.
Understanding of fundamental plastic materials and theories.
Have knowledge in plastic mold maintenance.
Strong inspection and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with other departments.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
